		<description>An easy way to relax your mind through breathing technique is to count one exhale and one inhale as ONE (1), count the number till 9 and then back to 1 again. 
when you are so ease, you can simply breath in and out through your nose.  Whenever you feel like being disturbed by &#039;thoughts&#039; again, then re-do the counting. 
You can do meditation either sitting, standing, walking, or laying down.  The main thought is to relax but not what and how you should sit. Listen to your body and let your mind free. 
How long is not the must issue, but how well you can ease your mind and enjoy the energy flow is more than important the clock.
